Meta & sync

My ad account isn’t showing up

  1. Verify you have admin access to the account in Meta Business Manager.
  2. On the connection card, click Resync to re-fetch the account list.
  3. Check the account isn’t disabled or restricted in Meta.

A sync seems stuck

Syncs run in the background and large histories backfill over time. Open the sync card to see per-account progress. Only one sync per organization runs at a time. See Data sync.

Connection warning banner

A warning banner means your Meta connection needs attention — usually a token to refresh. Reconnect the same Facebook login to fix it. See Meta connection issues.

Campaigns

I can’t publish

The Review step lists what’s blocking you. Common causes:
  • The draft isn’t approved (see Approval workflow).
  • The Meta dry run has blocking errors — fix the highlighted issues.
  • You’re not an owner or admin, or your plan doesn’t include publishing.

Validation errors on Review

  • Errors (red) must be fixed before publishing — jump to the relevant step.
  • Warnings (yellow) are informational and won’t block publishing.

A launch shows “Partial”

Some entities were created and some failed. Review what exists in Meta before re-publishing to avoid duplicates. See Publish errors.

AI features

​
”Not enough data” for insights

Winners Hub and AI features need synced performance data. Import campaigns, run a sync, and give campaigns time to accumulate spend and conversions.

AI Launch won’t generate

Make sure you have an active plan/trial, enough AI credits, a connected Meta account, a synced page and pixel, and at least one creative asset in the brand. See Set up a run.

Billing

Payment failed

Your status shows Past due. Update your payment method from billing settings.

Out of AI credits

Upgrade your plan, earn referral bonus credits, or wait for your next monthly grant. See AI credits.
