In-app help & feedback

The fastest way to get help is from inside AdLoft. Go to Help (/dashboard/help) and click Help & feedback (or Suggest a feature). Choose a topic, write your message, and send — AdLoft automatically attaches your account email and current page so we have context. Topics:
  • Help & support — something broken, blocked, or unclear.
  • Feedback — what’s working or frustrating.
  • Feature idea — something you wish the product did.
To help us resolve issues fast, include: what you were trying to do versus what happened, your workspace/brand name, and any screenshots or campaign names.
