Manage your team from Settings → Organization → Team members (/dashboard/team). This page is available to owners and admins.

Roles

AdLoft has four roles:
RoleWhat they can do
OwnerEverything, including billing and seats. Each organization has one owner.
AdminManage the team and accounts, operate every brand, and approve/publish campaigns — but no billing control.
MemberWork inside the brands they’re assigned to.
ViewerRead-only access inside the brands they’re assigned to.

A few special rules:
  • Only owners can create or promote admins.
  • Admins automatically get access to all brands (their scope can’t be narrowed).
  • You can’t edit or remove your own membership, and the owner can’t be edited or removed from this page.

Account access scope

Members and viewers can be limited to specific brands:
  • All accounts — sees every brand in the organization.
  • Selected accounts — sees only the brands you assign.
Admins always have all-account access.

Seats

A seat is one active billable teammate on your plan.
  • Your plan includes a number of seats (Hobby 1, Pro 2, Ultra 5). Add paid extra seats at $20/member/month when you need more people.
  • Pending invitations don’t use a seat — only accepted, billable members count.
  • An invite is blocked when no open seat is available; add a paid seat first.
Owners manage paid seats from the team page or Billing → Team usage. See Add-ons.

Invite a teammate

Click Add teammate, then:
  1. Enter the teammate’s email.
  2. Choose a role. Owners can invite Admin, Member, or Viewer; admins can invite Member or Viewer.
  3. Choose an account scope — All accounts or Selected accounts (forced to All accounts for admins).
  4. If selected-accounts, choose which brands they can access.
  5. Click Send invite.
See Invitations for what happens next and how recipients accept.

Edit or remove a member

On a member’s row, click Manage member to:
  • Change their role.
  • Update their account scope and assigned brands.
  • Remove them from the organization (frees their seat).
Admins can manage members and viewers but not other admins. Only owners manage admins.

The approval gate

When an organization has at least one member or viewer (any non-admin teammate), campaign drafts must be approved by an owner or admin before they can be published. Solo or admin-only organizations skip this gate. See Approval workflow.
