Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing & subscription (/dashboard/settings/billing).
All billing actions are owner-only. Admins, members, and viewers can’t change billing.

The billing page

The page shows:
  • Plan card — your price, next billing date, invoice breakdown, and actions (Change plan, Update payment method, Cancel/Resume).
  • Team usage — manage paid seats and ad-account slots. See Add-ons.
  • AI credits — balance, usage, and grants. See Credits.
  • Invoices — your invoice history with links to hosted Stripe invoices.

Upgrade or downgrade

Click Change plan to go to pricing in manage mode, then select a new plan or billing interval.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and you receive the new credit allocation right away.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Update your payment method

Click Update payment method to open a secure Stripe checkout for adding or replacing your card. You can also open the Stripe billing portal to manage payment details and invoices.

Payment failures

If a payment fails, your status becomes Past due. Update your payment method to restore access. Recovery happens through Stripe’s standard retry process.

Cancel your subscription

Click Cancel subscription to start the cancellation flow (/dashboard/settings/billing/cancel):
1

Tell us why

Choose a reason (and add detail if you pick “Other”).
2

Consider a one-time offer

If eligible, you may be offered a discount to stay (once per workspace).
3

Confirm

Confirm cancellation. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current period — you won’t be charged again after that.
If you change your mind before the period ends, use Resume on the billing page to keep your subscription.
Cancelling schedules the subscription to end at the period’s end. You keep full access until then.
