The AI Launch setup is a three-step wizard. When you finish, AdLoft estimates the credit cost, charges it, and starts generating.

Step 1 — Campaign setup

Account & identity
  • Ad account — the brand to build for (defaults to your active brand).
  • Facebook page — a synced Page used for delivery (required).
Launch type
  • New campaign — create a fresh campaign with AI-generated ad sets.
  • Add to existing campaign — coming soon.
Destination
  • Landing page URL — the page AI analyzes and sends traffic to (required, public HTTP/HTTPS only). Pre-filled from your brand’s launch defaults.
Campaign settings
  • Objective — Leads (default), Sales, or Traffic.
  • Budget — daily or lifetime, in your account currency (default 500). Lifetime budgets need an end date more than 24 hours out.
Conversion tracking
  • Meta Pixel — a synced pixel (required).
  • Conversion event — a standard Meta event (Purchase, Lead, CompleteRegistration, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Contact) or a custom conversion for the chosen pixel (default Lead).

Step 2 — Targeting, creatives & copy

Three strategy selectors guide how much AI relies on your proven history versus generating fresh ideas: Targeting
OptionWhat it does
Proven winnersUses only your top-performing audiences.
Mix proven + newAnchors on proven audiences, tests new ones.
Generate new (default)Creates fresh audiences with mostly new ideas.
Creatives
OptionWhat it does
AI picks my proven winners (default)Uses your top creative assets for this landing page.
Generate new in Creative StudioLinks out to create new creatives, then come back to launch.
Ad copy — Proven winners, Mix, or Generate new, applied to headlines and primary text.

Step 3 — AI strategy

  • Lookback window — how far back AI looks at performance: 30, 60, 90 days (recommended), or all available data.
  • Custom instructions — free-form guidance (up to 3,000 characters), e.g. “Only use lookalike audiences” or “Split test ages 25–40 vs 41–60”.
  • Generate — shows the estimated credit cost and your balance, then the Generate campaign button.

Validation

AdLoft checks your inputs before generating. Common requirements:
  • A valid, public landing page URL.
  • A connected Meta ad account with a known currency (resync if unknown).
  • A synced Facebook Page and pixel.
  • A valid conversion event for that pixel.
  • At least one creative asset in the brand.
  • An end date for lifetime budgets.
You can start a limited number of runs in a short window. If you’ve generated several recently, wait a few minutes before trying again.
When everything passes, AdLoft starts the run and opens the generating screen.
