After you create your account, AdLoft runs a single guided onboarding flow. It creates the organization where your work lives, connects Meta, and saves the defaults your dashboard and campaigns will use. You can change anything you set here later in Settings.Documentation Index

The seven steps
Organization
Create your organization — the workspace where all your brands live.
- Company name (2–80 characters)
- Business type: Solo-preneur, Brand, or Agency
Profile (ad account profile)
Name the brand this setup is built around. Use the name of the business, client, or store the Meta ad account belongs to.
Meta
Connect Meta so AdLoft can import the ad accounts you can access. You can Skip Meta for now and connect later, but most features need it. See Connect Meta.
Ad account
Choose the one Meta ad account this brand should be built around. Accounts already linked to another brand are shown as unavailable.
You can’t skip ahead of the first incomplete step. If you leave and come back, AdLoft drops you at the right place — for example, at Ad account if Meta is connected but no account is linked yet.
Launch defaults
Launch defaults make your dashboard, AI Launch, and new drafts feel pre-built for the brand. They’re all sourced from the Meta ad account you selected:| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Facebook page (recommended) | The Page used to deliver your ads. |
| Instagram account (optional) | Overrides the Facebook Page identity on Instagram placements. |
| Meta pixel (recommended) | The pixel used for conversion tracking on new ad sets. |
| Website URL (recommended) | The default destination URL for new ads. |
| EU advertising | Whether you’ll advertise to EU audiences (sets the required special ad category). |
After onboarding
Onboarding is complete once your brand is configured. From the summary screen you’ll either:- Open workspace → go straight to your dashboard (if you already have an active trial or plan), or
- Continue to pricing → choose a plan to unlock the dashboard. See Plans.
The dashboard requires an organization with an active trial or paid subscription. Organizations that haven’t finished onboarding are sent back here; unpaid organizations are sent to pricing.
