A brand is a client or business line inside your organization — for example, “Acme US” or “Client — Nike”. Brands are how AdLoft keeps multiple clients or business units organized in one workspace.
A brand is sometimes called a “workspace account” or “ad account profile” during setup. They all refer to the same thing.

What a brand holds

Each brand carries:
  • One or more linked Meta ad accounts
  • Goals — a target ROAS and target CPA used for scoring
  • Launch defaults — default Facebook Page, Instagram account, Meta pixel, website URL, and EU-audience flag
A single Meta ad account can belong to only one brand at a time. A brand can link multiple ad accounts (subject to your plan’s ad-account slots).

Manage brands

Brands are managed on Workspace → Accounts (/dashboard/ad-accounts).
The Accounts page is available to owners and admins only. Members and viewers don’t see it.
The page shows:
  • A list of Your brands with their goals, linked accounts, and launch-defaults status.
  • Connected Meta logins with Resync and Disconnect controls.
  • A Data sync section with sync stats and attribution settings.
  • An Ad account slots counter showing how many ad accounts you’ve linked versus your plan limit.

Add a brand

Click Add brand, then:
  1. Enter a Brand name (2–80 characters, unique within the organization).
  2. Click Create brand.
Creating a brand doesn’t connect Meta — you link ad accounts afterward. AdLoft prompts you to set launch defaults next.

Set goals

On a brand, click Set goals (or Edit goals) to define:
  • Target ROAS — between 0.2x and 50x (for example, 3.5)
  • Target CPA — between 1and1 and 100,000 (for example, 25)
Both values are required. They drive goal-aware scoring in Winners Hub and reporting.

Set launch defaults

Click Set launch defaults (or Launch settings) to choose the Facebook Page, optional Instagram account, Meta pixel, website URL, and EU-audience flag for the brand. These auto-fill AI Launch and new campaign drafts.
A brand “has launch defaults” only once its website URL, Facebook Page, and pixel are all set. Linking Meta from the dashboard automatically prompts this dialog when defaults are missing.
Launch defaults require Meta to be connected and at least one ad account linked to the brand.

The active brand

Most pages operate on the active brand, chosen with the account selector in the header. The selector also offers an All Accounts view for cross-brand reporting on Overview and Insights.
  • Execution surfaces (campaigns, AI Launch, publishing) work on one brand at a time.
  • Reporting surfaces (Overview, Insights) can work in All Accounts mode.
Members and viewers only see the brands they’ve been granted access to. See Members & roles.
See Linking ad accounts for the full flow, including slot limits and conflict handling.
