After you connect Meta, AdLoft imports the ad accounts your Facebook login can access. You then link those accounts to brands so their data powers that brand’s reporting and so you can publish to them.

The one-account-one-brand rule

A single Meta ad account can belong to only one brand at a time. If an account is already linked to another brand, it shows as Unavailable with the brand it’s assigned to.
A brand can link multiple ad accounts, as long as you have enough ad-account slots on your plan. From Workspace → Accounts (/dashboard/ad-accounts), on a brand row:
1

Open the picker

Click Link ad accounts (if Meta is already connected) or Connect (to authorize first).
2

Select accounts

Tick the imported Meta ad accounts that belong to this brand. Accounts assigned elsewhere are disabled.
3

Save the mapping

Click Save Meta mapping. AdLoft links the accounts, cascades the assignment to their campaigns/ad sets/ads, and starts a background sync.
During onboarding you can link exactly one ad account to the brand. From the dashboard you can link several.

Ad-account slots

Each linked ad account consumes a slot. Included slots by plan:
PlanIncluded ad accountsExtra
Hobby1+$49/account/month
Pro2+$49/account/month
Ultra7+$49/account/month
The Accounts page shows an Ad account slots counter (linked / limit). When you’re at the limit, linking another account is blocked until you add a slot. Owners can add slots from Billing → Team usage or the + Add slot button. See Add-ons. From the integrations table, open a row’s menu and choose Unlink from brand. This removes the account (and its campaigns/ad sets/ads) from the brand. The account stays imported and can be linked to another brand later.

After linking

Linking automatically kicks off a data sync and, from the dashboard, prompts you to set the brand’s launch defaults if they’re missing.
