After you connect Meta, AdLoft imports the ad accounts your Facebook login can access. You then link those accounts to brands so their data powers that brand’s reporting and so you can publish to them.Documentation Index

The one-account-one-brand rule
A brand can link multiple ad accounts, as long as you have enough ad-account slots on your plan.Link accounts to a brand
From Workspace → Accounts (/dashboard/ad-accounts), on a brand row:
Open the picker
Click Link ad accounts (if Meta is already connected) or Connect (to authorize first).
Select accounts
Tick the imported Meta ad accounts that belong to this brand. Accounts assigned elsewhere are disabled.
During onboarding you can link exactly one ad account to the brand. From the dashboard you can link several.
Ad-account slots
Each linked ad account consumes a slot. Included slots by plan:| Plan | Included ad accounts | Extra |
|---|---|---|
| Hobby | 1 | +$49/account/month |
| Pro | 2 | +$49/account/month |
| Ultra | 7 | +$49/account/month |
linked / limit). When you’re at the limit, linking another account is blocked until you add a slot. Owners can add slots from Billing → Team usage or the + Add slot button. See Add-ons.
Unlink an account
From the integrations table, open a row’s menu and choose Unlink from brand. This removes the account (and its campaigns/ad sets/ads) from the brand. The account stays imported and can be linked to another brand later.Common errors
| Message | Cause |
|---|---|
| ”Select at least one Meta ad account…” | No account was selected in the picker. |
| ”Already linked to “ | The account belongs to another brand. Unlink it there first. |
| ”You have reached your linked ad account limit.” | You’re at your slot limit. Add a slot in Billing. |
| Account not appearing | Verify you have admin access in Meta Business Manager, then Resync the connection. See Meta connection issues. |
