# Profile settings

> Manage your personal account, login methods, and theme.

Your personal settings live at **Settings → Profile** (`/dashboard/settings/profile`). These apply to you across every organization you belong to.

## Profile photo

Upload a profile photo (JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 5 MB) or remove an existing one.

## Personal information

* **Full name** — editable.
* **Email** — read-only. If unverified, verify it before changing login details.
* **Phone number** — optional.

Click **Save changes** to apply.

## Login methods

Manage how you sign in:

* **Google** — connect Google as a sign-in method (if Google sign-in is enabled).
* **Password** — add a password (if you only use Google) or change an existing one. New passwords must be at least 8 characters.
* **Two-factor authentication** — set up or manage email-based 2FA. See [Create your account](/getting-started/create-account#two-factor-authentication-2fa).

## Theme

Choose **Light**, **Dark**, or **System**. Your theme is saved on the current device; use the header toggle for a quick switch while you work.
