# Add-ons

> Add paid team seats and ad-account slots beyond your plan's included amounts.

When you need more people or more ad accounts than your plan includes, add them as monthly add-ons. Manage both from **Settings → Billing → Team usage** (owner-only).

## Pricing

| Extra team seat       | **\$20 / member / month**  |
| Extra ad account slot | **\$49 / account / month** |

These prices are the same across all plans and bill through Stripe.

## Extra seats

A **seat** is one active billable teammate. Your plan includes some (Hobby 1, Pro 2, Ultra 5); buy more to invite additional people.

* Open **Manage seats** (or **Add paid seat**) on the Team usage card.
* Adjust the number of paid extra seats, then confirm.
* **Pending invites don't use a seat** — only accepted members do.

  You can't reduce paid seats below the number currently in use. Remove a member first to free a seat.

## Extra ad accounts

Each linked Meta ad account uses a **slot**. Add slots when you hit your limit.

* Open **+ Add more** on the Ad accounts card.
* Adjust the number of paid extra slots, then confirm.

You can't reduce slots below the number of ad accounts currently linked. Unlink an account first.

## Proration

* **Increases** are prorated and **charged today** for the rest of the current billing period.
* **Decreases** apply a prorated **credit on your next invoice** and take the lower count from the next cycle.
